Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wild Wing Ingersoll is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business demands.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your duties.
