Position Overview

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the marketing department with various projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses a foundational understanding of investment principles and the financial sector.

Successful candidates will have the chance to deepen their knowledge of investment vehicles such as stocks and bonds, enhancing their comprehension of asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain presentation materials for our client service divisions on a regular basis.
  • Support the Content & Communications Manager with editing, proofreading, and fact-checking tasks as needed.
  • Develop and execute monthly email marketing campaigns while contributing to content management across digital platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of various promotional materials.
  • Engage in additional marketing-related tasks as required.
Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
