Thee Lingerie Shoppe is seeking a dedicated Shelf Stocker to ensure our merchandise is well-organized and readily available for our customers. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of products and providing excellent service.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail environment
- Prepare purchases for customers by bagging, boxing, or parceling items for shipment or delivery.
- Retrieve items for customers from shelves or stockrooms efficiently.
- Guide customers to the location of desired products.
- Unpack and inspect products received, ensuring accurate counts and organization.
- Maintain an accurate computerized inventory of stock.
- Order and record incoming stock to keep shelves replenished.
- Organize and stock shelves and display areas to enhance product visibility.
- Ensure stock is clean, orderly, and properly priced using stamps or stickers.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Process transactions electronically using store equipment.
- Operate the cash register efficiently.
- Provide assistance in the care and use of merchandise.
- Conduct light cleaning duties as needed.
This position may involve overseeing retail salespersons and sales clerks.
