Kinetico Brand Ambassador

Endo Networks is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent our company at various Costco locations throughout the Peel region. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, educating them about our products, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and capture customer leads, and pass them on to our sales team for follow-up.
- Brand Representation: Represent Endo Networks in a professional and positive manner, adhering to our brand standards and values.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Competitive Salary: $22.00/hour + 3.5% commission on closed sales.
