Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Information Technology department as a Server Infrastructure Specialist. This role involves designing, planning, and maintaining highly available server infrastructure, as well as participating in technological transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement server infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability
  • Provide end-to-end support and root cause analysis for server-related issues
  • Implement automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Research and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or diploma in Computer Science, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards exploring new technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft certifications and security protocols is preferred.
