Job Title: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and verifying various electrical projects in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate electrical projects, including LV, MV, and HV systems, switchgear, and electrical networks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with the project office and BPA office design team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage a team of building electrical technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct electrical network studies, including short-circuit calculations, protection, flash arc, and harmonic analysis.
  • Survey existing electrical installations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with BPA, customers, and external professionals to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Evaluate building electrical construction cost budgets and provide recommendations for cost savings.
  • Develop technical specifications and reports for electrical projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Three (3) years' experience in relevant projects or with a consulting engineering firm.
  • Autonomy, pragmatism, good communication skills, and adaptability.
  • Leadership, ability to work as part of a team, and strong customer service skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Security clearance may be required.
