- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations.
- Monitor Supply Movement: Track the flow of materials and supplies across departments.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Workload Monitoring: Supervise personnel workloads and their locations.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse and work areas are organized effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Production Coordination: Work with production supervisors to schedule runs efficiently.
- Training: Instruct workers on their duties and company policies.
- Work Assignment: Assign and review tasks among team members.
- Material Requisition: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels.
