Department Overview
As part of our Environment & Health division, you will collaborate with a diverse team based in Ontario, providing services to clients across Canada and internationally. Our team includes professionals at various experience levels, ensuring a rich learning environment through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing inventories for industrial air emissions
- Conducting meteorological analysis, air dispersion modeling, and preparing air permit applications
- Applying process and mechanical engineering principles to design industrial ventilation and air pollution control systems
- Performing field measurements and assessments of ventilation and emissions control systems
- Assisting in proposal development, technical presentations, and client engagements
Qualifications for Success
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- Strong technical capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust field skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Eligibility to obtain or already hold an Ontario P.Eng. designation
- 4-8 years of relevant experience, including skills in proposal writing, report generation, project management, and client relations
