Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, administering medications, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms and common areas
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, walking, and using the bathroom
  • Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Geriatric Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move residents with assistance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
