We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in a nursing home setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
Work Setting:

This role is based in a nursing home setting, where you will work closely with our experienced care team to provide high-quality care to our clients.
