About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Hospice team at Delta Hospital. As a Relief Part Time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
