About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Academic Services team at triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. as a Curriculum Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective learning outcomes and curriculum design principles to support adult education.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to build relevant and engaging course material that aligns with industry standards.
  • Coordinate and lead major curriculum repair, revamp, and update efforts to ensure high-quality educational outcomes.
  • Provide instructional support and guidance to faculty and staff on curriculum development and implementation.
  • Act as a principal advisor on curriculum development and implementation in Brightspace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
  • Two (2) or more years of business administration experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Two (2) or more years of course development/instructional design experience.
  • Previous experience in an adult education environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and course development principles.
