Role Overview: Insurance Advisor
In the capacity of an Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales objectives through providing quotes and generating new business referrals. You will foster enduring relationships with clients, assisting them in safeguarding their most valued possessions.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver quotes and facilitate the sale of new insurance policies to clients through various communication channels.
- Assist clients in acquiring their home and auto insurance policies.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships while meeting sales targets.
- Follow up on client accounts to address any outstanding matters.
- Conduct outreach for new business opportunities and timely follow-ups for existing clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- A RIBO Insurance License is advantageous.
- Proficient in using various computer applications.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
- Previous experience in achieving sales targets in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
Employment Details
Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
