Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Channel Marketing Specialist - Recruitment to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to attract top talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a recruitment marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and other recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
