Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Software Developer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software operating systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software operating systems, including development and/or diagnostic software.
  • Participate in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems.
  • Lead the development process from inception to completion of a project.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to junior staff.
  • Develop methods, metrics, techniques, and evaluation criteria for products, processes, and staff.
Requirements
  • University degree with 5 years of related experience or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a high school diploma or relevant certificate in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Windows and Networked System software development experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in WEB programming.
  • Knowledge of C#.NET programming, C++, and object-oriented programming techniques and languages.
  • Design specifications, test plans, and structured design principles.
  • In-depth understanding of software analysis and design techniques, wired and wireless communications protocols, and networking protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Studio 2010.
  • Knowledge of C/C++.
  • Language proficiency in French and English.
