Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
- Operations and Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations, including front desk duties, budgeting, and maintenance management.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, and ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
