About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at RS Global Overseas. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Provide financial insights to inform business decisions
  • Financial Operations
    • Oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
    • Manage financial relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial management role
    • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, financial operations, and financial reporting
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
