Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, kitchen helpers, and other support staff.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food meets quality control standards and that food safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with staff and management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Work Site Environment: Noisy.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
