Job Title: Siding Installation Specialist

At SUPER FAST HOME IMPROVEMENT INC., we are seeking a skilled Siding Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, reading blueprints and specifications, and repairing and servicing exterior products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as siding and trim, to ensure a watertight seal and a smooth finish.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including siding, trim, and other exterior components.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools, equipment, and scaffolding.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, to complete installations and repairs.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Work Environment:

As a Siding Installation Specialist, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, wind, and precipitation. You will also work at heights, using scaffolding and other equipment to access work areas.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction, installation, or a related field.
  • Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Reliable and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
