About the Role:

As a DevOps Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software development lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing DevOps architecture to improve efficiency and reduce deployment time
• Deploying releases to various environments and performing hotfixes and rollbacks as needed
• Writing build scripts and pipelines to implement end-to-end build and deployment orchestration
• Verifying successful continuous delivery deployments
• Defining and implementing branching strategies to support parallel software development
• Reviewing continuous delivery validation builds for failures and resolving deployment issues with development and configuration teams

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Architect with a strong background in software development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Your ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-I, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect certifications
• 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of the architecture of Salesforce metadata and configuration
• Deep understanding of DevOps best practices and modern CI/CD design principles within an Agile environment
• Deep understanding of scratch orgs and proficiency in implementing package-based deployments in Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, Flosum, or other similar tools
