Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee QA initiatives across various departments including Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
  • Assess and refine quality control systems to guarantee their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update documentation required for internal, external, and regulatory reviews and inspections.
  • Ensure that raw materials, purchased components, in-process samples, and finished goods comply with established testing and inspection criteria.
  • Detect quality issues or opportunities for enhancement and propose solutions, actively participating in continuous improvement activities related to QA.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of quality control analysis and the application of manufacturing processes (control, methods, automation).
  • Proficient in technical writing for manufacturing documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Checklists).
  • Solid knowledge of small engine components (mechanical and electrical).
  • Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
