Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
