Inventory ManagementOversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant meets all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards, and that our team members are trained to maintain a safe working environment.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies, while ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and service.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we are able to meet our business objectives and provide a high level of service to our customers.
About the TeamYou will be part of a dynamic and experienced management team, working closely with our chefs, servers, and other support staff to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements- Education
College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as hospitality or business.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in managing a team and driving business growth.
Supervision3-4 direct reports, including chefs, servers, and other support staff.
Security and SafetyBondable, with a clean driving record and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Transportation/TravelPublic transportation is available, but a reliable vehicle is preferred.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a hot kitchen environment.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and provide exceptional customer service.
