Job Summary

Thiara Properties LTD. is seeking a skilled Plumber Assistant to join our team. As a Plumber Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting plumbers with various tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist plumbers in loading and unloading construction materials, such as pipes, fittings, and tools.
  • Transportation: Transport materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Cleaning and Piling: Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Maintenance Work: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and inspecting equipment and tools.
Work Environment

As a Plumber Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to various weather conditions, including cold, hot, and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina, as you will be handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have excellent attention to detail, as you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient work.
