Position Overview
ADGA Group Consultants is currently seeking a Lifecycle Materials Management Technician to support one of our major Defence programs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provision of Configuration Management Services, including:
- Management of equipment within DRMIS.
- Coordination of equipment distribution to DND and Land Force formations.
- Updating Technical Orders (TO).

2. Provision of Technical Services for:
- New systems and system upgrades.
- Miscellaneous Requirements (MR) and Minor Recurring Requirements (MRR), including analysis and interpretation of Statements of Operational Requirements (SOR) and development of technical data and inspection standards for prototype fabrication.

3. Technical support to achieve operational status for supported equipment and systems, including:
- Liaison with user units.
- Evaluation of Technical Failure Reports (TFR) and Unsatisfactory Condition Reports (UCR) to determine engineering solutions.
- Assistance to the Technical Authority (TA) in revising Technical Data Packages (TDP) to incorporate design changes throughout the lifecycle.

4. Provision of technical expertise to the Canadian Forces (CF), including:
- Maintaining knowledge of supported systems.
- Compiling data from military and commercial sources to assist other directorates as needed.
- Advising operation, supply, maintenance, and engineering staff on system capabilities and limitations through briefing notes and technical bulletins.

5. Assistance to the TA in ensuring compliance with Controlled Technology Access and Transfer (CTAT) regulations regarding equipment documentation, storage, and usage.

6. Provision of technical services for equipment disposal in accordance with CTAT regulations and Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) policies.

7. Development of Training Services specific to supported test systems, including:
- Defining, reviewing, and updating training requirements.
- Coordination of training requirements with other organizations providing training to DND.
- Preparation of Special Personnel Qualification Requirement (SPQR) as per current training doctrine.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A college diploma in Electronics, Computer Technology, or a relevant technical field to support Land Command Support Systems (LCSS), or
- A demonstrated Qualification Level 6B (QL6B) in a relevant technical field within the Canadian Forces, along with a minimum substantive rank of Warrant Officer.
