About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Southridge Construction Ltd. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Setup and Dismantling: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Site Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week in a variety of locations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
