About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Southridge Construction Ltd. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Waste Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a variety of locations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
