Position Overview
As a pivotal part of our operations, the Shift Leader will oversee the daily functions of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for quality and service excellence.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements


• To effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this role, a Shift Leader must perform duties on-site, adhering to the customary scheduling requirements, which may include various shifts. The position often requires working in a fast-paced environment and may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements. Use of a headset for taking orders and providing direction is necessary.


• Shift Leaders may need to transfer between locations based on business needs. The role involves bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25-30 pounds as needed), and standing for extended periods without breaks, along with the ability to travel to other locations as required.


• Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week is essential.


• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.


• Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
