We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Pratima Sehgal. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with medication reminders and management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Work Conditions:
  • Work in a client's home environment
  • May be required to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
  • May be required to lift and move heavy objects
