Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Pratima Sehgal. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with medication management and administration
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Work Conditions:
