Job Title: Chief Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Service Manager to join our team at Home and Away Calgary. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of service staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Manage Dining Room Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the dining room is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of service staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Certifications: ProServe program certification.
