Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair complex machinery and equipment in various industrial settings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules to meet business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and management as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in millwrighting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
