Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Scout Talent Inc. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in various industrial settings.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and supervisors to resolve equipment-related issues and implement improvements.
- Develop and implement procedures for safe and efficient equipment operation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
