Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Britcan Management Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Clean and maintain cranes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with attention to detail.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings with caution and care.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants with promptness and professionalism.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites with thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction with expertise and care.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
