As a key member of our Canadian Business Centers, this role will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across a district of Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, and Jeep Dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensuring dealer orders meet market demand.
- Manage monthly allocation vs. schedules to optimize production capability within the district.
- Identify top-performing dealers and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Review dealer financial statements to assess their ability to operate effectively and promote retail sales.
- Act as a liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, providing guidance on inventory management, promotional activities, and program participation.
- Ensure high levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships, while identifying areas for improvement.
- Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance, aligned with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training.
- Collaborate with dealers on current programs in sales & aftersales, customer service, and service lane to maximize customer and dealer benefits.
- Maximize district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and develop strategies to support established targets.
- Support dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contact penetration.
- Work with independent repair facilities and wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale business.
- Champion best practices, process improvement, and technical expertise development within the dealership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Reside in Windsor, Ontario.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual (French/English).
