The Sales Consultant/Beauty Advisor will have a key responsibility – to create an unforgettable shopping experience for our patrons. We are constantly seeking passionate beauty enthusiasts who are eager to assist customers on their beauty journey. Whether it’s providing guidance on hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nail products, we want you to be the trusted advisor for our customers.

Your Responsibilities at Sally Beauty:

Cultivate relationships and foster customer loyalty. Suggest additional and complementary items. Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions and events. Organize advertising displays and arrange merchandise to emphasize sales and promotional activities. Ensure customers are aware of and enrolled in our Loyalty program. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store atmosphere and communicate inventory concerns. Exemplify our Sally Beauty Culture Values. Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to a specified weight, occasionally while using a ladder, with or without accommodation. Possible exposure to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: This role requires some physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, or similar movements; frequent lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipments or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machinery, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
