Senior Manager/Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of our data governance strategy, ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of our enterprise data. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing a data governance framework that promotes data quality, security, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy, including policies, procedures, and standards for data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance roles and responsibilities, data stewardship, and accountability.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement data security and compliance measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data assets.
- Facilitate and influence senior executives in supporting the implementation of a data governance committee.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, business intelligence, and data analysis.
- Proven experience leading, developing, and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Project management experience to oversee the implementation of data governance initiatives.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as data governance platforms, data cataloging tools, metadata management tools, and data quality tools.
