Role Overview:

  • Develop innovative concepts and visual renderings for in-store presentations
  • Design and prepare production files suitable for print
  • Assist with window displays and various related tasks
  • Revise communication materials and supervise installation processes
  • Educate Area Visual Managers on effective product placement strategies
  • Collect and analyze design directives for practical application
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for store layout and merchandising
  • Oversee budgets and manage procurement processes
  • Be available for overnight installations as necessary
  • Execute additional related responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising or Graphic Design
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate visual merchandising
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects
  • Fluency in both French and English
