Your Responsibilities

Role Objective
Oversee and coordinate the comprehensive planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the entire BSS division, encompassing HH, PL, and MEX. Collaborate closely with the HH IT and GFS teams. Champion ongoing process enhancements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Direct the redesign and execution of a cohesive and efficient planning, forecasting, and reporting framework for the total BSS division, including HH, PL, and MEX.
  2. Facilitate communication with HQ and regional controllers to perpetually enhance the communication processes related to BSS products and projects.
  3. Lead and supervise BSS business and scenario planning, along with the financial forecasting process, collaborating with BSS internal functions and all Beiersdorf affiliates, HQ functions, LPG, and Tesa from a financial perspective, critically assessing proposed strategies and plans to establish ambitious yet attainable targets within the group strategy.
  4. Provide international functional leadership, including the onboarding, development, and coaching of team members.
  5. Deliver timely, precise, and robust financial support to the HH IT and GFS teams.
  6. Actively engage in HH IT and GFS cost management through close collaboration with other departments.
  7. Play a proactive role in IT transformation projects as a value co-creator.
  8. Continuously enhance analytical controlling and sales planning tools.
  9. Assist the BSS Finance Manager with ad hoc projects and business cases, including geographical and functional expansion within BSS.
Your Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a specialization in Finance/Controlling.
  2. Over 8 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  3. A proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and reporting tools within the SAP environment; Power BI skills are advantageous.
  6. Interest in data management tools.
  7. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
