About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Raya Energy Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods, maintaining accurate sales records and inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively promote and sell our merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, reordering stock as needed, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Work Environment: Our retail business operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
