We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kitchen Stuff Plus. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kitchen Stuff Plus and its values
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives
- Process cash transactions, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs, stand for long periods, and use ladders
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and extended days
