Environmental Project Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Technologist to join our Water Services Team in Mississauga. As a key member of our Emissions Reduction and Compliance group, you will be responsible for executing wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water sampling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute sampling events, develop and implement sampling plans, and communicate laboratory results to clients.
- Liaise with client EHS staff to schedule fieldwork, perform sample collection, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare proposal documents, assist with project budgeting and invoicing, and represent Pinchin in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- College diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, environmental, natural, or chemical sciences.
- 1-2 years of work experience in an industrial or consulting setting, preferably in water services or environmental compliance.
- Eligibility for future licensure with a professional organization such as OACETT or ECO Canada.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records.
