Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our office in Fredericton, NB.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Answering phones and administering VOIP phone systems
- Responding to and distributing emails
- Scheduling and data entry for inventory and customer data
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to work in different computer-based programs
