Your Opportunity

Our Domestic Tax team is seeking a seasoned Tax Expert to join our team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating client business processes and policies, advising on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and developing proactive tax strategies to drive business growth.
  • Applying specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client's business.
  • Providing technical and project management leadership to team members for Domestic Tax projects or assignments, ensuring quality control standards are in place.
  • Identifying and developing strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities, including preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations, and reviewing corporate, trust, and estate tax returns.
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and providing effective support for engagements.
  • Engaging in training staff and investing in the professional development of your team.

Your Experience and Education

  • You have completed your CPA designation as well as the In-Depth Tax Program and/or Master's in Tax.
  • You have 7 years' experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
  • You have an extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance.
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
  • You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
