Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Supertemp. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hours of Work: 35 to 37.5 hours per week.
