About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science High School Teacher to join our team at Royal Canadian High School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Education
    • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for science subjects
    • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching methods
  • Student Support
    • Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs
    • Encourage students to take ownership of their learning and set goals
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
    • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 1-7 months of teaching experience
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate
Work Environment

This is a part-time position with 8-20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a remote location.
