The Grand Erie District School Board invites applications for Secondary Unqualified Occasional Teachers.
As an occasional teacher, you will be working on an 'as needed' basis in our schools, providing support to permanent teachers who are absent from work. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and build your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
To be eligible for this role, you must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree and be currently working towards a Bachelor of Education degree. You will be required to provide a cover letter, a complete resume of experience, and the names of three professional references that can be contacted.
As an occasional teacher, you will be paid a daily rate of approximately $236.35 per day, plus vacation pay. The Board spans a geographic area encompassing a diverse range of communities, and we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all staff and students.
