About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Moga Carpet Cleaning Inc. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required. We provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience is not necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills required for this position.
  • Work Setting: You will work in various locations, including commercial and residential properties, to provide top-notch cleaning services.
  • Tasks and Duties:
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
    • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation.
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Perform repetitive tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
    • Work in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
    • Perform physical tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
    • Work a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
  • Language and Communication: English is the primary language used in this role, and you will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
