Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Services team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our inter-professional care team, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise in renal care will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide person-centered care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on renal health and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the inter-professional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
  • Two (2) years' recent, related clinical nursing experience in the designated clinical area
  • Completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area
