We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Horizon Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic care to individuals and groups of patients, working to the full extent of the LPN scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care

- Minimum of 1 year of recent and direct experience in Addiction & Mental Health
- Actively registered with the LPN Association of New Brunswick (ANBLPN)
- Current BLS, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, ASIST, and Motivational Interviewing certifications
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team and independently
- Demonstrated awareness of assessment tools and treatment modalities
- Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to relevant legislation and processes
- Previous exemplary work and attendance record
- Possess a valid driver's license
